03/06/2008 · So, I want to retube my MESA/Boogie Studio .22+ as one (or more than one) of the tubes went bad (sound is harsh and not as good as it used to be) plus I had got it second hand and already needed some new tubes. This is the version with the graphic EQ (which I don’t use all that much in the end, good for single coils though).

23/06/2013 · I don’t have the studio preamp, but I have the V-Twin preamp pedal, which I use in the studio a lot as a front end for recording guitar into ProTools. The clean channel on it is fantastic, and it’s what I use it for the most. And from what I hear the rackmount studio preamp is even better.
