In my previous post I reintroduced you to a simplified method of quilting called Quilt As You Go (QAYG). QAYG is an easy way to quilt and assemble an entire quilt without having to wrestle it through small domestic machine. One of it’s greatest benefits is the ability to do dense quilting before putting together an entire quilt.

I have five string quilt blocks completed and 51 to go and can hardly wait until I’m able to start setting them together! If you’ve never tried a string quilt block, I hope you might want to give it a try.
